It was quick in and out. The provider was very kind, courteous, and prompt.

The medical professional in charge of the clinic was just that: a medical professional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He made sure that I was advised of everything relating to the vaccination I received.

The men's bathroom was out of order, and the women's bathroom didn't lock.... How am I supposed to give a urine sample like that? Also, the website said you accept my insurance (kaiser), but when I got there they told me they don't. That is a bait and switch tactic to me.

The clinic was visibly dirty and I think it’s very weird you are given a pee cup and have to walk across the store to use the public restroom and walk a cup of pee across the store. In the bathroom someone who works at the pharmacy used the restroom and didn’t wash their hands. The nurse who saw me did not let me tell my symptoms and only wanted to focus on one thing. I was running a fever over 102 and she listened and looked at me so little she did not catch that symptom even though I was visibly sweating and shaking and said I had a fever. Because of this I genuinely don’t trust she performed any swabbing properly either and I still do not know my illness. The pa I also saw was thorough in listening to all my symptoms and caught that I had a fever. This led to the nurse realizing her thermometer had been incorrect all day. I can’t understand that. Either she was taking temperature of high fevers all day so they were coming out fine or she was taking considerably lower than normal temps one after the other and didn’t think to check anything. She retook my temp with another ear device after that and was harsh with my ear and kept grabbing on my piercing. Anatomically we all know that was not her only choice. I have other parts of my ear that can be touched. Aside from that, she didn’t need to touch my ear to use that thermometer. All my negative results were sent off to labs 48 hours ago and I still don’t have results.

Easy to schedule. Knowledgeable staff. Listened and asked open-ended probe questions. Great service!
