I am very disappointed in the service because it does not appear there is any structure, and once the service is completed, for some reason the information has not made it to my Insurance The Provider for the 2nd year. Initially I though this was a one off because this same situation happen in 2025, where after the annual wellness check was complete the NP did not report using the right group number, and did not report to Cigna timely. Because the wellness check was sent to the wrong group, it resulted in appearing to look like I had a balance. I was not aware until I attempted to make another wellness check the following year. With that, it took a lot of work to get the issue resolved and the collections that was mistakenly created at no fault of my own to get reversed. This year I went to the annual wellness check Jan 10th the NP again did not submit the information timely to Providerigna; I had to request a Letter of Affidavit that the annual well check had been completed. However, because wellness checks are and employer requirement to avoid a monthly surcharge, I had to revisit the CVS on EW Connector in Austell, which I was told although she would submit and appeal to avoid a bill, because the information should have been reported timely to Providerigna, the NP stated she could not know what the outcome would be. If not, I will be definitely submitting an appeal, and possibly a suit. With having this happen twice, I def will not recommend, nor be referring to CVS for any appointments in the future. I had a follow up appointment scheduled for July, and was considering a mamo, but having you fail twice, that most likely want to be reported, and I might get a bill for someone's lack of negligence at no fault of my own, so count me out
Once I was able to see the doctor, she was fine & gave me good care & the medicine needed. My major issue was before. I used your computers to make an appointment. I was given a choice of 5pm or 6:40pm. I chose 5pm since it was close to that time & was shown it to be confirmed. Then I preceded to have to wait until 6:30pm for the doctor to see me- who took in other patients who had shown up after myself. When finally getting in to the doctor I explained my disappointment in waiting when I was shown to have an earlier appointment. She informed me that I had not appeared on her list of patients for 5pm, & that she even had multiple vacant time slots showing prior to when she saw me at 6:30pm. The computer system’s lack of correct organization and booking needs to be thoroughly addressed.
