Long half hour wait to get vaccine despite having made an appointment
I visited minute clinic on April 1 today is April 8 still did not got urine culture test results. 8 days for 48 hours test, you shouldn’t charge for this test as it’s of no use now. Never going to use or recommend Minute Clinic. Your lab is pathetic.

I was billed for a 'long visit 45+ minutes' but it was no way that long, and I was billed as a new patient even though I had been there before (but so long ago, maybe I was considered new). I get heathcare costs are high, but 156+ dollars for a strep test seems excessive. Everything else was fine.
The NP I saw was wonderful. Smart, kind, friendly, clear. Great experience w The Provider (even though she has no "h")!
It was a quick and easy process getting an appointment and I had a good experience with the practitioner. Registering was a little confusing though.
Our Provideron was very nice and compassionate towards my daughter who was not feeling well. She explained everything that she was doing and put my daughter at ease.
