"If I could give an 11, I would. My practitioner was so kind and patient. Her last name is [...], but I cant remember her first name. I never felt rushed, she answered all my questions, and she was very careful. Also, [...] checked me in, and she is fantastic too."

NP today, [...], was incredibly insulting, unprofessional, and rude. Laughed at personal assessment of symptoms, asked questions repeatedly as if trying to catch in a lie, then couldn’t make a diagnosis without consulting someone else. Patient left feeling disrespected, insulted, and with no confidence in the diagnosis as after consulting a medical book stated that she didn’t know what it was.
