Had an appointment but it didn’t matter it still took TWO HOURS for me to wait to be seen. I was the first person in line waiting. The NP who was with a patient was either in over her head, on a power trip with the nurse who was handling the NPs intake, or completely unaware or uninterested in time and patient management. Even after my appointment I had to leave and then return for my prescription because the NP did not immediately put my order in to the CVS pharmacy so there was nothing they could do! The NP was back behind closed door and would not respond to her nurse who was knocking on the door. The NPs name is The Provider. She should be fired.
My practitioner was incredibly nice, personable, and professional.

We made an appointment. They called us back on time . Everyone was very nice . The process was so efficient.
Great friendly knowledge staff. Never felt rushed and all my questions and concerns were answered. They did not make me feel judged or assumption. They heard my thought and educated me on options and even scheduled my next appointment My only ly strike is the bathroom. Had to give sample for check and bathroom eel horrible. It looked old and run down but look kinda clean. Did not want to touch anything. Didn't appear to only be men room or one men/women room
The staff were timely, considerate, knowledgeable and provided outstanding service. We felt as though we were thoroughly heard and cared for.

Very knowledgeable staff very friendly and patient explained all the medications are info that I needed
