Friendly service as well as speedy service
The NP Wesley was super kind and thoughtful. It was my first time ever using the service and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
Our provider was engaging, fun and truly made my daughter feel seen and comfortable.
I came in to get the earwax cleaned out of my ears. One ear was completely blocked.The blockage was stubborn, but the clinician was sympathetic and willing to persevere. It finally washed out.
PA was professional but was still learning how to use your system. My only issue is that PA had to call CVS pharmacy ( 20 feet away) to get my prescription to be filled. Unfortunately the pharmacy was unstaffed and were not able to answer his phone call so he had to leave a message. So I had to try and get the attention of the pharmacy staff only to be told that they had not checked their messages. I had to make return trip to get my prescription.
The clinic technician was so helpful, accommodating, and kind and she really made it feel easy to get through the visit. She answered my questions in kind as well
Attentive, kind service. After initial screening, the wait to see the NP was a little long, but nothing bad.

It was easy to make the appointment online. The staff was very nice and the follow up appointment was seamless.
