PROFESSIOANLISM
Even though I made an appointment in advance, there was still an over one hour wait to be seen for my Covid shot. It was not fair to me,
I went to the Minute Clinic to have a professional opinion on the state of my nasal congestion and my loss of voice. I experienced fatigue, body aches, headaches, chills etc. The medical professional I visited told me that she could not help me feel better and advised that I had a common cold. She told me she could not prescribe and medication other than suggest over the counter remedies for my “cold”? Very disappointed and frustrated with her communication with me and lack of understanding and interest in my sickness.
It was easy to make the appointment online. The staff was very nice and the follow up appointment was seamless.
Friendly service as well as speedy service
The NP Wesley was super kind and thoughtful. It was my first time ever using the service and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
Our provider was engaging, fun and truly made my daughter feel seen and comfortable.
