The Nurse Practitioner gave clear directions for how to treat my son's symptoms & walked us to the Cold/Flu A&B/RSV home test to make sure we purchased the right item.

I was actually going to take time to reach out to the manager of this store. Our NP was AMAZING. She put our daughter at ease and was truly delightful. We are so grateful for her!

The nurse was great,, the overall CVS Minute experience is horrible. I got charged right after the visit, erven though I have provided my insurance information. I called CVS but even though I received a payment receipt, the payment is not visible in the CVS system. I would never recommend CVS unless it is something simple like STI testing and this even took quite a while to finish the paperwork at the clinic. CVS is not a company that i find trustworthy. The app is not great at all, when I turn on notifications I get spammed with special offers even though I turned off those type of messages. I want to be notified on the app when meds are ready for pickup but that comes with nonsense commercial messages In addition, I called billing yesterday and the first question that the billing department agent (!) asked was if I want to schedule a vaccination. Are you kidding me? This truly emphasizes that CVS is not customer focused and just trying to push product.

Visited 2 Minute Clinic locations yesterday to receive vaccinations that I will need for work. Both nurse practitioners were professional, great listeners and had great communication.

Testing wasn’t done. Meds didn’t work. Went to TP later, who said I needed antibiotics instead of steroids.

Easy to get an appointment at a time that worked for me, appointment ran on time

The nurse who I saw was wonderful. She really listened to what I said. Even better, she asked thoughtful questions that helped clarify the real source of the health problem I was experiencing.

The doctor was spectacular, I left a review on Google.

My only problem with you guys is how bothersome the appointment-making process is, esp. since I'm a long-time customer, and esp. since it's just for ear wax removal, which I do twice a year -- can't your records take that into account when I'm booking the appointment?
