I felt that I was carefully listened to and shown respect.

The clinician was abrubt and rude. She spent more time answering calls and typing on the computer that dealing with the patient.

I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).

I will never go back to this clinic. She was so rude, the 30 minutes we spend in the room was awkward and uncomfortable.
