Because I felt listened to and cared for by the staff who were present that day.
We walked in and that time the wait time was 45 min. We opted for an appointment time that was 1 hour away. We showed up for the appointment time and was not see for an additional hour and. 30 minutes. A ridiculous amount of time was waist in the “Minute Clinic”. . The w
Everyone was very professional and hospitable. Makes you feel at home and at ease.
I found the clinic staff very professional and knowledgeable. The staff cared about my problem and treated me with the utmost respect.
It was easy to book an appointment. I didn't have to wait long. I really liked the nurse who helped me. She was friendly and patient. She resolved the problem with my ear and arranged for me to get a vaccine I needed.
Great service. The waiting area was in disrepair and looked closed for business. (actually had signs that said closed)
The doctor was very communicative about services offered and was kind. I would return again if necessary.
Even though the scheduled appointments were backed up, the nurse practitioner was extremely kind, apologetic, and took her time to answer any questions I had in addition to my reason for the visit
Please don’t double book. The lady sitting next to me had scheduled an appt for the same time as my appt. Another lady appt was canceled while she was waiting. This was a lot of pressure on the nurse practitioner. She was great at handling these situations and patient but that was a lot for one practitioner. Give realistic time for waiting 90-120 minutes. A TV in the waiting area will help. Not everyone wants to stare at their phones.

Great experience, except for the bathrooms where I had to provide a urine sample. Truly one of the most atrocious bathrooms I've ever seen. There was a bloody period pad balled up on the diaper changing table. Toilet paper rolls were just loose and sitting on the diaper changing table (next to the period pads). Toilet seat had blood and urine on it. No paper towels, only an air dryer. Smelled awful, floors were nasty, which was even more of an issue because there was no hook or end table to rest my purse or the paper bag that had the urine sample cup in it. The rest of my visit was great and clean and professional, so the state of the bathrooms was frankly shocking. This MinuteClinic is the closest to me, but I am tempted to find one further out next time because it was that horrible.
