The nurse practitioner [...] was very knowledgeable and thorough. I was there for a vaccine but she was happy to answer questions I had about my testosterone injections. She seemed to have no issues helping out a trans person which is always comforting for me.

I learned a lot about my shots in a way that is going to allow me to better manage my own care. So very thankful for her expertise.

She was excellent! Also shared information about affordable STI testing which was very good to know.

Had to call 5 different times for a prescription an NP still hasn’t called it in

Might have explained well, but can’t follow instructions when medication isn’t called in.

PRACTITIONER NEVER CALLED THE PRESCRIPTION FOR ANTIBIOTICS IN. Called several times spoke to her again, still no medication.
