Each and every visit at the CVS MinuteClinic has been a subpar experience. The provider is impatient, lack accountability, and most importantly delivers misinformation about processes and results. To name the most recent example, we were advised by the provider that we would receive my daughter‘s tuberculosis results the next day however we have since learned that it’s a 5 to 6 day turnaround and the results are needed as soon as possible therefore we will not receive our results until after the due date. This delay could cause my daughter not to be able to participate with her volunteer cohort at Grady Hospital. We are devastated and this is unacceptable. CVS needs to do better. In addition to this issue, it is difficult to even speak with someone regarding these issues. The numbers provided redirect you back to the store/MinuteClinic. There’s no proper for forum to file a complaint.

The service was prompt and thorough
My appointment was at 11:20am and I was out of there by 12. I got my results the next day. They did a great job both ladies, I wanna thank them for great service.
Our nurse practitioner was kind, professional, and gave amazing service. She makes us feel as if this is our new pharmacy and provider home. My daughter and I felt so comfortable receiving our services and vaccination with nurse practitioner Provideria. We are always happy to use MinuteClinic because of her amazing and competent service.
Very thorough exam and good advice
I was a walk-in, and I was able to see the practitioner within a reasonable wait period. The practitioner was kind and provided excellent service.
I got there and both nurses, was extremely attended, ask my symptoms and guidee through the process.. I fully recommended the Clinic
Checked in, short wait, nice support staff and nice doctor. Exam only took 20 minutes. Very pleased with service and will consider it again.
