I like the convenience of the minute clinic.
Great service, friendly.
I like thst I can see a provider to get shots. However I do not like the online booking system where if you want a vaccine it forces you to default to the pharmacy instead of seeing the minute clinic. I had to override and walk into the clinic instead since it would not allow me to make an appt for vaccination with clinic.
The NP was thorough and very professional

Physical was done like clockwork- she knew exactly what needed to be done including the paperwork for my son’s sports requirements.
The tech clinician injured one of my ear by going too hard. Then had the audacity to tell me to take steroids and pay for them. Terrible experience that will be reported.
I had an appointment at 3pm so I arrived at 2:50pm. I didn’t even get seen until 4:05. We left at 4:12. I had to wait over an hour just to be seen for 7 minutes. If you’re not going to have multiple people working, then don’t put appointments so close together. If I was a walk-in, I wouldn’t be upset but I had an appointment and still had to wait so long. Not everyone is available to wait all day, some people actually have things to do. I’m never coming back here.
Online scheduling and check in was efficient and location staff were courteous and professional.

I was really disappointed in the mobile app which claimed you could use it to book an appointment. It contained a link for scheduling an appointment, but every time I clicked the link it navigated me to a page that said "find future appointments" and when I entered my information in that section and submitted it, I got an error that said "something went wrong". Very frustrating that CVS would advertise a service in the mobile app that is not offered. I wasted a lot of time due to CVS deception on that.
