Excellent service!
Received respectful and courteous service. Medical help individual seemed very interested in my care.
The new check in process does not work. You have to repeat yourself and it takes double the time they don’t tell you this upfront. The NP did not listen when we told her we needed an antibiotic and we’re leaving on a trip mop. I knew she had infection and wr needed an antibiotic and she canines it was viral. Horrible experience and will never go back.
Both nurses were kind, professional and knowledgeable. Was happy I could be a walk in without a long wait.
The Provider was very nice and professional. She answered all my concerns and questions.
Check in was fast and friendly. Nurse was thorough and detailed with options.
The NP (the Provider) was extremely kind, compassionate and very helpful in getting my questions answered and getting me my diagnosis. She talked me thru whatever she was going to do and what to expect. She was extremely thorough.

I asked them to test me for the flu strep and covid and they never did test me.
