Keeping the score higher thanks to the care provided by the nurses. Highly recommend them, but beware of this practitioner as she clearly didn’t want us walkin appointments or anyone (including staff members) there in the clinic with her. All around strange experience with the practitioner who actively decides to work in healthcare.

Overall rating for my clinic visit with this practitioner

Thankful I do not have to visit here to see this np again was standoffish, stern with staff who were trying to assist our group, and frankly bad at patient care. Glad our appointment was quick and mainly interacted with nurses, as we could not be around that practitioner for a long period of time.

I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).

Nurses did a fantastic job answering questions and explaining procedure. Very knowledgeable and personable.

I felt that I was carefully listened to and shown respect.

I would come back if the practitioner changed. Nursing staff was helpful but it was clear the place is not going to keep business if this NP is all they have.

Nurses were so helpful, did not receive any info from the practitioner.

I felt that I was carefully listened to and shown respect.

I am taking away stars because of the NP. I was a walk in and the nursing staff was super friendly, helpful, and took vitals and helped answer questions. As soon as the Nurse Practitioner was needed to sign off on finishing the appointment, the whole air changed in the room. She was very unkind, no regard for me as a person and was snarky to the nurses. As a patient, one can tell how well staff work together and it was very clear that the nurses were kind and one was training but the NP was not kind and does not work well with others.
