Staff was polite and professional, helped me check in and got the appointment started on time.
The wait was minimal and the Nurse Practitioner took care of my problem.
The Professional who attended to me was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. She was great. Had a "Bedside Manner" that seems to be lacking the days.

Thank you to both providers that helped us at the 71st street location. They both were kind and efficient. As a mom with a sick kid they helped my anxiety and got my son a treatment plan that helped him feel better.

The Provider checked me out for the ear, sinus infection and fever. She filled an rx for cough pills, so I did not have to pay for over the counter drugs.
