Easy to get in, great care, overall convenience

I appreciated how professional the individuals were and how efficient they were. I was not able to get into my PCP so it meant a lot to be able to get in and see someone that day. Thank you.

There was a nurse training another nurse and the trainee was doing great with the questions and doing a strep test. When the training nurse went out to the waiting area an elderly man asked if he could get in for an appt and the training nurse said today was not a good day because she was training someone and they were really stressed out which 1. Full on lie, 2. There were no patients waiting for sure he could have been seen and online it said walk-ins were being accepted with no wait. I hope she was training her replacement. The nurse practitioner was a new one there and she did fine except she clearly was apprehensive to give me an antibiotic she said I could only be seen for one issue but I had two issues a cat wound and also a severely inflamed throat and difficulty swallowing so I had to choose which one to address which sucks. I now have to go back on Monday for the other issue so I can get an antibiotic.

From Triage to Care I was given the best.

I had a lovely experience at my visit. My doctor was Providerman. I’ve been dealing with ongoing ear issues and I went in to just have them checked to make sure nothing‘s infected right now and I couldn’t get into my primary doctor so I came to the MinuteClinic to calm my fears and The Provider went above and beyond. I feel like she really took the time to talk with me. She also recommended some things that have really helped. I just felt really seen and heard and I feel like that’s something that is rare to find in the medical field anymore. Honestly, every time I come to the minute clinic, I wish that I could make them my primary doctors because they are so kind and they really helped me feel better about everything - not just physically, but emotionally too.
