Competent, caring staff.
Courteous, professional, personal medical care.
The staff (Provider and [...]) were absolutely phenomenal and my annual visit was very thorough!
I happened to walk in to the Clinic when the medical professional was just finishing with another patient, and no one else was scheduled, so she saw me immediately. I needed to have a tick removed which I had discovered on my body that morning. After the usual record review, updating insurance, etc., she removed the tick entirely, cleaned the bite area and sent a prescription for an antibiotic to the CVS pharmacy in the same building, which is my usual pharmacy. She was very nice, thorough and professional. Her first name was The Provider, if I remember correctly.
The Provider, our incall doctor/PA was responsive, caring, and compassionate. The tests she ran were thorough and helped me leave feeling relieved and that my daughter was cared for. Thanks you for such exemplary help!
