Was taken in a timely manner. The Provider was both professional and personable. It was a busy day and she was very efficient but didn’t make you feel rushed out the door. I was very happy with the care given me.

Overall it was fine, but I had to wait for a while due to a computer glitch that had me listed under 2 Insurance programs, Harvard Pilgrim, and Etna. My insurance coverage was updated by my employer 3 years ago to Etna (Harvard Pilgrim was dropped). The tech had to call their supervisor to correct the issue and delete the account for Harvard Pilgrim took a little over an hour to correct. There was never an issue with picking up prescriptions with the Etna card and we were never told by CVS that we had or I had 2 active accounts for 2 different carriers.
