I arrived on time for my appointment and signed in. I waited 45 minutes in an empty waiting area outside of 2 closed doors with no indication anyone was inside or response from anyone. When I was called in, the next 15 minutes were spent going over the information I had just entered into the website and going over waivers/disclaimers pertaining to the earwax removal procedure I was there for. The nurse practitioner was courteous and professional. She did the best she could to remove my earwax but was not completely successful. She told me to apply ear drops for the next 4 days and come back to try again next week.
I love the minute clinic when you think you know what you have/need. Very convenient to schedule and always on time and efficient. Thank you!
The nurse practitioner was excellent. Very informative and caring for my daughter. The only piece that could be improved on is we had a appointment and were not seen for almost 50 minutes after the appointment was scheduled.
