Absolute best experience My NP went over everything with me she was very thorough and I was impressed with the time she spent with me I would highly recommend this CVS minute clinic and pharmacy to anyone with confidence
Doctor was very nice. I was diagnosed as nit having store throat long enough 3 days so she wouldn't give medicine. I left with otc that I chose to get myself. The next day I went to walk in and had bronchitis and was placed in doxycycline and a steroid. Would never go back for something serious. But again she was very nice and asked appropriate questions
Had to go somewhere else for blood work
Wait time wasn't too bad but at the same time I did spend a good amount there. I also think the way one of the employees gave me a little bit of a harsh time and had a bit of a tone with me which wasn’t necessary.
Twice I’ve gone there and they rendered no help. Just said I needed to go to a different dictator or to the hospital.
The doctor I was seen by he was amazing! She was helping me with just a weight check that I needed to get over to my doctor right away. She was super personable and very sweet! What an asset to the CVS MinuteClinic team!
Went to the cvs minute clinic location on reservoir ave Providerranston after reading on their website they would be able to do a titer blood test to check my immunity to measles. When I get there the girl says I can give you a paper for the test and you have to take it to a quest lab to have the test done. Well it was a weekend and none of them were open so this was totally pointless. Why advertise a service if you don’t do it or are unable to do it ? Very disappointed as this was my first visit there.
The Provider was very accommodating and did her best to help me with my situation. As nervous as I was, she was professional and made it easy for me. Thank you very much The Provider!
The both nurses were professional, courteous, and very helpful in resolving my medical issue.
