I felt the ladies were extremely personable and professional. It didn't feel like a minute clinic.
I went to this Minute Clinic because of allergic reaction and the NP I saw was extremely kind and caring. She was genuinely a great person.

Efficient, on-time care from a practitioner who cares about me
I came in for strep throat - no other symptoms but extremely sore throat. Rapid test was negative. She would not give me am antibiotic rx to fill if it started to get worse. Next day felt REALLY bad could not swallow. Had a Dr friend send a Rx in for an antibiotic- thank God Felt so bad until 48 hours after taking antibiotics. Minute clinic did not care. Very disappointed.
Medical technician on duty was prompt, professional and patient. If this represents the quality of minute clinic attendants, then minute clinic will be my go-to for my clinical needs

I came in a state of high distress because I needed an STI test - I was fearful my husband had cheated and given me something, and even needing to get tested for it felt humiliating. I had two very kind women (the Provider and one other woman whose name I didn't catch) who were both professional and understanding. They explained everything they needed to do and made me feel a lot better by the end of the experience. This was such a lifesaver since I did not get in with my doctor for at least another week, or even Planned Parenthood. I only wish I could have chosen female providers when I scheduled (I just got lucky).
