The medical portion of the visit was great. The check-in was terrible. I did the pre-check in when I made the appointment yet was reminded twice to do it again. When I got to your website it said I already completed that task. Why are you wasting my time with this nonsense? Upon arrival at the Minute Clinic I checked in but the machine said it didn't work. When I tried again it said I was already checked in. This happened twice including when the receptionist did it with me. Finally she did the check in on her computer. A complete fiasco.

The people were very nice and this is not at all an indictment of them. I made an appointment for allergy testing and when I got there, I was told they didn't test for the specific allergy I was looking for. But I still had a $40 copay. Your website should clearly state what allergens you provide testing for. I essentially went there and paid $40 for them to give me numbers to local allergists - but Google is free and I could have stayed home and done that myself. Again, my experience with the people was 10/10 and I had no issues with them. Your unclear website and then charging people for providing phone numbers is inexcusable.

I went for a vaccination. The fact that they are offered separately by the pharmacy and the minute clinic is nuts. The fact that within the store there seems to be no coordination is just bad customer service. There are separate waiting areas and no significant effort to corral those who might have been unaware of this bizarre duality and waited in the wrong area. I've now had vaccinations from both the pharmacy and minute clinic from that particular store. They should stop offering them at the minute clinic as the pharmacy has a much more streamlined process. (I will credit a pharmacy person for cluing me into the fact that I might be in the wrong place.)

The actual appointment was fine, but we had checked in and uploaded pictures of our insurance cards and filled out all the information when we made the appointment. Also use the link sent us and checked in when we got there yet none of the information transferred over to the system there. It told us to bypass the check-in, but they told us we still needed to check in. We were seeing about a half an hour after our appointment.
