The clinic was fine. The nurse I saw was nice and efficient, but the room she saw me in didn't feel particularly clean. I didn't like how she couldn't give me a price of the appointment and I couldn't get a price of the appointment before I went, only a range. A range was more helpful than nothing, but not explicitly told to me online when booking the appointment. Also the pharmaceutical she prescribed to me was not in stock at the given location and she didn't send it to the new location I was told it was in stock at, so that was inconvenient. Also the antibiotics I was prescribed felt grossly overpriced.

Everyone is very thorough and professional and friendly. The customer services is top 10.

Highly recommend this office. The doctor, nurse, and staff were all professional, compassionate, and very attentive. Everything was explained clearly, and the entire experience felt comfortable and welcoming from start to finish.

This was a wonderful experience. It was so easy to make an appointment on the app. This was specifically to have a TB test done for my job that requires me to have it done. I initially scheduled it on the app I came in. I had already pre-registered the day before came into the minute. Clinic sat down, checked off that I was there and I was called back two minutes later the nurse was very friendly and I couldn’t have been happier with my service. I go back tomorrow to read my results and get my paperwork to give to my employer.

Was seen quickly, Nurse Practitioner was very thorough, kind and compassionate. She listened closely to my symptoms and answered any questions I asked with knowledge and expertise.

My experience was great. I was easily able to schedule an appointment. The provider took her time listening to me and assessing me.

Being that I was almost 1000, miles away from home, the CVS Minute Clinic was just what I needed to get me back on track and feeling good for my drive home the next day. The provider I saw was caring, professional, and so friendly. She made sure everything was taken care of and that all of my questions were answered. I was seen on time and my appointment was quick, but thorough. I would definitely use and recommend the CVS Minute Clinic again.

The nurse did not examine my throat or ears despite me complaining of congestion and mentioning that I was concerned about ruling out strep. She also seemed to dismiss my fatigue. She diagnosed me with allergies; it turned out to be an upper respiratory virus.
