Wait time was short and the staff member was friendly and efficient. Also, very handy to be able to pick up my prescription at the same place.

Didn’t have an appointment but was seen within less than 30 minutes by a very competent professional.

The Provider and her fellow PA-C were great and I would go back any time!

I was trying to sort out shots for an upcoming trip and was told to go down on Sunday to the Minute Clinic (not open...). I went down the next day as I could not naviage the online options. The Provider was there and in between appointments and helped me as the time I mistakenly registered then and there was a day later than I wanted and she took the time to fix it for the day I wanted. When I was there she was courteous and prompt and helped me book a final shot in late May so all will be complete. She was super helpful.

Yesterday I walked in to the minute clinic at 6 Dupont Cir NW, Washington, DC 20036 about 6.30p and made an appointment for shingles vaccine, second dosis, I made the appointment in the screen for 6.45p. I was attended by 2 ladies, one on training who was entering my insurance data in the screen and at the same time, the same person was manipulating my vaccine all together in a rush to leave the clinic soon. The second nurse was telling the new person what to do while she observed. I noticed not proper manipulation of the vaccine during this time, the injection was prepared without finishing the paper work and left by the keyboard while she finished typing, maybe about 5-8 minutes. Once she finished with the paper work, she took the injection prepared with the vaccine and she dropped it in the floor. I told her I won’t get that shot unless they replace it for a new one to avoid contamination. Once I received the new shot they told me to pay almost $90 when my insurance should cover 100%. I called the insurance and told me the minute clinic made a mistake with a family type, my coverage is for single person, just myself and should be covered 100% the vaccine. The minute clinic need to call the cvs care mark helpdesk to fix this issue. Please help with this issue, and hope they pay attention to patient safety when manipulating injections.

The Provider was wonderful - did a great job treating me, had a great attitude and sense of humor, and [...], who was observing, also was very engaging. The only reason I didn't give a "10" is that I had to wait about 25 minutes past my appointment time to be treated; to The Provider's credit, though, she did tell me she was running about 20 minutes behind.

I had a great experience!! I arrived a bit early and was able to be seen early which was great. The provider I saw was great — super efficient and positive. I received my test results very quickly and was able to access them easily.
