"The practitioner followed my scheduled appointment time. There were three others there for appointments and she too me at my scheduled time, because I was on time. Very respectful and she was very good at communicating important health information about the Shingles vaccine I was there to receive. I originally went to Minute Clinic because my ins covers vaccines at this location but will return because of her."

"The waiting period in the lobby of Minute Clinic facility was over 30 minutes, which is too long. As I had an appointment previously scheduled, my expectation of waiting period was no longer than 15 minutes since I arrived 10 minutes prior my appointment time. Overall, my experience was very satisfactory. "

"Practitioner had incredible bedside manner. She was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my scheduled follow up TSpot visit was cancelled without my knowledge, due to “not having a provider”. This is a timed lab test, and I would have had to get injected again had I not made a subsequent appointment the following day and arrived prior to my appointment time, as the first available appointment time was outside of the test reading window. Luckily, the provider was able to see me early, which she did not have to, so that my original injection could be read. I will continue to visit this clinic solely because of the actions of the provider. "
