I had an appoinmetnt at the Chain Bridget Road, McLean, VA Minute Clinic and even received several text messages earlier that day reminding me of my appointment. I checked in at the clinic kiosk and waited for a while, as I as there around the lunch break. When my appointment time came and went, I found a CVS staffer who then told me that the clnic was not open at all that day. According to her, I should have received an email or text notifying me of the closure. I was able to to make an appointment at another CVS Minute Clinic close by and that one was open as advertised. I was able to get what I needed at that location. That clinic provide was shocked that the other clinic was closed without any warning/announcement. If this had been my first time using CVS Minute Clinic, I would not use this service again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
The nurse was very polite, quick, and competent. She was informative not only about the vaccine she gave me, but also walked me through my vaccine history in considerable detail. Thank you.
The Provider was extremely thorough and thoughtful. Very much appreciated her knowledge and questions to determine the best course of action. Thank you.
They are professional and helpful. Also, the office was very clean.
Signing up was easy. There were two nurses, both of whom were very nice. I was taken on time.
