Excellent care
For the past maybe 4 years I’ve been getting my DOT Exams at this particular CVS. In that time they’ve always shown professionalism, honesty, care, and respect. They go through each procedure and explain different parts of the exam process. They send off the results to the DMV so they can make updates to my records. Thank you!
Difficult to make appointment online
This was my first visit to the CVS on Maple Avenue and the Minute Clinic. The check in process was very smooth and basically no wait time. My session with The Provider was very professional, helpful and informative which resulted in a quick healing process. I will be back.
No toilet paper and no paper towels in the bathroom that I was directed to use to provide a urine sample.
