I thought the process was very efficient and professional.
Very professional experience
Providerd, the nurse practitioner, was kind, considerate, thorough, and helpful. He explained everything very well. The store needs to fix its Wi-Fi. There’s no cell service in the store and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. So we could not check in from our phone or receive emails on our phone while waiting for the appointment. We couldn’t do the things that CVS was asking us to do because there was no Internet.
The NP was great and we got what we needed. It was timely and thorough and a positive experience. The appointment was easy to make and quick to get.
Staff nice. Accommodating. No wait when arrived.
They saw us promptly and acted professionally.
The Nurse who saw me was cheerful and efficient. His name began with “the Provider”.
I’m soo thankful for the minute clinic. It was easy to schedule and when I got there, they saw me right away. The test came back quickly and then I saw the doctor and then it was so nice that I could go right to the pharmacy get my prescription and then get your toothbrush cause I strap it was just kind of one stop shopping and it was a really nice experience which is rare cause usually things like that or not fun.
Provider was both thorough and knowledgable addressing my concerns. In addition to prescriptions she recommended an over the counter nasal spray to use as needed for my seasonal allergies.

The doctors there was right on and when I got to get medication they said they would have to check with VA to pay for it I told them it was approval already when doctor call the VA
