Basically, I went in there because I had a super high temperature and I wasn’t feeling well. They never did a Covid test. They only tested me for the flu and strep throat. And said that I had a sinus infection and I could go back to work today. I woke up this morning with a fever of 102° went to a different urgent care so that’s two times I’ve had to pay $30, and I have Covid. So why they couldn’t determine that yesterday is beyond me. But now I can’t go back to work for another five days. So she didn’t really do her due diligence.
The people and care were excellent. Your pre-register system and check in system needs work. It wasted too much of my time answering the same questions by text, email, and than again upon arrival.

I have been getting vaccinations from CVS for over 6 years now. I am well reported in the Vaccination History link at CVS. Most of these vaccinations take place at a CVS pharmacy. HOWEVER, at yesterday's vaccination at the Minute Clinic at Belle View Blvd., I was checked-in at 12:15PM and did NOT leave until 1:05PM.... Why? Why? Apparently, the staff had to double-check my eligibility.....REALLY, even after seeing my long vaccination history with CVS. I am 74 years old. I have had Medicare since I was 65 years old.... What is WRONG with this picture? I will NEVER go to a Minute Clinic again, with this sort of bureacratic red tape taking place there....
Getting and making the appointment was quick.
Very quick and friendly service. From sign in to check out was a very easy process will return again.
The sign pad at the store didn't work, it couldn't find me in the system or my reservation. I lost a place in the queue, and had extra time waiting.
Please discuss the prices before service. I was quoted another HOSPITAL with a DOCTOR a $140 fee. I went to minute clinic thinking it would be cheaper since it was a NURSE, but instead it was $211. WTF.
