I am not able to record a message because I’ve lost my voice! However, I want to say that The Provider is just an AMAZING human being and the perfect person for a community clinic. She is so kind and compassionate and also really knows her stuff. I can’t tell you how safe, confident and understood I felt with her. No doctor would have spent the time she spent with me or considered different possibilities like she did. She left no stone unturned to reach a diagnosis. And the best part was that she gave me the correct meds and I am recovering! Thanks CVS minute clinic!!

I visited the health clinic to get the pneumonia vaccination. There was no wait and the process to register and be administered the vaccine was seamless. Three hours after the vaccine was administered, my arm was sore (as expected). Five hours after, I could not lift my arm higher than my shoulder. For the next 36 hours, I felt pain in just about every movement of my arm and shoulder. The experience has similarities to frozen shoulder. It's now been a week and a half, and I am still experiencing pain and weakness in my arm. The injection point was high on my arm, close to my shoulder. It was probably too high. I am now working with a physical therapist and massage therapist to address the pain, weakness and restricted mobility. This is not what I anticipated when I wented to get the vaccine.

The PA, The Provider, was excellent and gave me wonderful care. I will be returning the next time I’m feeling ill as long as The Provider is on the staff in the Minute Clinic.
