Was very professional.
It was quick and easy to make an appointment and I was seen by the doctor right on time. The doctor was friendly and listened to my symptoms and treated me extremely well. First class service!

I didn’t know about the fees until last minute while waiting for my turn. Nothing suggested or told me I needed to pay $80 plus dollars until it was actually time to pay… smh That was unsettling, I was able to borrow the money but it would’ve been better to know prior to making a appointment not after I made the appointment and was already waiting to be seen.

The nurse did not examine my throat or ears despite me complaining of congestion and mentioning that I was concerned about ruling out strep. She also seemed to dismiss my fatigue. She diagnosed me with allergies; it turned out to be an upper respiratory virus.
