Excellent customer service
The provider spent time reviewing my history and my current health questions.
The Provider was professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
Customer service, atmosphere, and professionalism and caring of the staff. The practitioner was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions.
My experience with this provider was extremely disappointing. She was at least 35 minutes behind schedule and never acknowledged the delay or offered any explanation. The issue was not the wait itself, but the lack of courtesy and the casual disregard for my time. It is basic professionalism to greet patients respectfully and to ensure their concerns have been addressed before ending a visit. To make matters worse, when I went to the pharmacy, the main medication I was prescribed had not been sent. The provider did not respond to calls from the call center or to messages sent to the clinic, leaving the issue unresolved. My family and I have used this local clinic multiple times, but after this experience, I would not return or recommend it to others. In the future, I will go to my PCP or another walk‑in clinic. This visit was not worth the cost—especially since I now have to see my PCP anyway to obtain the medication that should have been sent in the first place.

I love my CVS Walk-In Clinic. When it closed recently I was heart-broken & just happened to walk by & broke out in tears to see it back open. Just that day, I woke up so sick & knew that before all I had to do was to make an appointment & receive the best care anyone could ever want. I have private doctors, I have a general practitioner, I have specialists but CVS Walk-In Clinics & their amazing staff will always be my first "go-to". Please keep them open, please expand hours, & please KKEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
