"[...] was the nurse practitioner who cared for my mother. She was caring, kind and diligent in removing ear wax. She repeatedly flushed my mothers ears in an attempt to remove wax. When she noticed the ear canal getting a bit red, she suggested no more attempts. Both my mother and I were very impressed with her. She also gave my mom a Covid-19 booster with no appointment. We were both very pleased with the appointment. "
