Went for a sore throat and was feeling miserable! Got prompt and supportive help from the NP. Obviously wasn’t cured right away but certainly felt better leaving with a game plan to treat my symptoms.

I have seen Dr The Provider and she was one of the best doctors I have seen in the United States. She was very nice and thorough. She answered all my questions. She didn't rush like the Urgent Care I went to before I came to your clinic. Overall All experience was super nice. When I need to see doctor, I will come to this place when The Provider is there. Also, the people in the pharmacy section very nice.

CVS clinic nurse practitioners are knowledgeable and get directly to the problem. Accurate, efficient, confident, and caring.

CVS made it so quick and easy to get my son a physical. This was a huge help in my busy life.

I have been treated at the CVS Minute Clinic on several occasions and I have always been treated with the utmost level of care and respect. The Nurse Practitioner who treated me is very well informed, and I received excellent care from her. I highly recommend the CVS Minute Clinic and have already done so to several people I know. The location I go to is on Concord Pike in North Wilmington.

The doctor was very knowledgeable

Here is a summary of my visit for a dry cough causing limited sleep. 1. They both were attentive and friendly. 2. I have high blood pressure that was higher due to frequent dry cough and nasal congestion while sleeping. Instead of them medically understanding this all contributes to a higher blood pressure, they tried multiple blood pressure cuffs until they found one that gave me a lower reading. Then asked if my primary care was ok with my blood pressure being high. Why not record the initial high blood pressure readings? Why the multiple cuffs? If my blood pressure is the concern, the reading should have been recorded so it can part of my medical story to relate to my doctor. 3. My heart rate was high at visit, yet they prescribed Providererol because that is what I suggested. I am not a medical professional, Providerl is known to cause high heart rate, but they did not mention that as a side effect. There are also alternatives to Providerl that were not suggested. 4. I told them I take Claritin and Asterpo then they asked me if I had seasonal allergies and what I am taking for them. They were not listening at all. 5. They did not check ears or ask me to swallow. Overall, they had great bed side manners, but the medical care was questionable. I would not visit this location again nor recommend this location to anyone. Though it is a Minute Clinic, I still expect medical expertise.

Very easy to register and then seen quickly when I arrived. The practioner was friendly, took time to explain and was insightful for my illness.
