Scheduling was easy online. NP was very friendly, professional and thorough.
My son and I were sent away to go to an urgent care who simply diagnosed him with sinusitis and gave him azithromycin (could have been handled by minute clinic, so now I had to pay two co-pays and spend an entire half a day waiting for medical care).

I had an 11:10 appointment but was only seen at 11:40 due to double booking. That’s unacceptable customer service. Why have us make appointments if you’re only going to double booking people, making appointment times irrelevant?!
