Didn't have to wait, medical staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to help me. A quick and helpful experience.
Provider was completely disengaged and was seemingly ready to move onto the next patient. Provider did not discuss diagnosis and the medication l prescribed. After saying I would remain in the CVS while the pharmacy filled the prescription, the provider sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. This was my worst experience ever at Minute Clinic. The provider needs to be better in several respects. Demonstrating that they care would be at the top of the list.
For having to work on a holiday she was welcoming and kind.

I did not have high expectations going to a minuteclinic, but I found the experience to be absolutely professional and caretaking… Certainly at least as good as urgent care which would’ve been less convenient and more expensive.
Being able to schedule in advance and arrive to be seen in a quick manner was hugely helpful. She was also very kind!
The doctor I met with was extremely nice, personable, and helpful
I was the first to arrive and check-in for my appt, but 2 other patients were seen before me. I arrived 10 mins early, and waited a total of 30 mins to be seen.
Very few places will score 9 or 10... They must be exceptional!!
