First time ever I needed to be seen due to a situation which occurred while at work and it was the best experience. Very friendly and attentive staff!!!! Was seen and evaluated quickly and meds were ready as soon as appointment was over. Highly recommend
I feel like every time I am at a CVS minute clinic, I am disregarded and talked down to. I was barely in your clinic for ten minutes total- the doctor barely asked any questions, didn’t seem to care what my symptoms were, and told me multiple times that what I was feeling was “normal.” In this day and age where people cannot afford health insurance, I’m not going to the minute clinic for fun. I am going because something is seriously wrong and because I cannot afford urgent care out of pocket. It seems like the CVS minute clinic doctors are overworked and probably underpaid like the rest of us in this country and that is leading them to be apathetic. I hope if whoever is reading this has the ability to start enacting some compassionate change towards the CVS minute clinic doctors and workers, that you do so. The only way people are going to get compassionate care is if the caretakers themselves are being taken care of. Do better by your workers so the general populace doesn’t have to do it for you.
