The Provider is very helpful. She listen and explain in details. She makes sure she spent sufficient time to explain and take care of you. I get more from the clinic than at the Doctor office. This change my perspective completely
Despite making an appointment a week ahead of time, the first available appointment of the day, and arriving 15 minutes before my appointment time, the practitioner was rushed and warned that he might not be able to provide the service I'd booked because "he was alone and people were waiting." While the service I booked was ultimately performed, I feel that this was unacceptable to deny me the service I'd booked when I arrived early.
My appointment was a pleasant experience. Scheduling was easy.
The nurse practitioner was great, but I did check-in using three different methods and still waited about fifteen minutes past my appointment time to be seen.
