The healthcare provider was extremely adept and provided compassionate, quality, and supportive care. She answered my questions regarding aftercare with patience, clarity, and competence.
My experience was fantastic. I am immune compromised, and the fact that there was a separate room made me feel safe. The Provider, who helped m,e couldn’t have been any nicer, took the time to answer all my questions. I was extremely knowledgeable in every way.
Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the NP that was on duty the day I came. However, her bedside manner is par-excellent. I would highly recommend her. She took the time to answer my questions, gave good advise, and never did I feel rushed. Hopefully a record of the day I came is recorded as well as who was in attendance that day so you can tell her for me, Thank You.
The Dr was very thorough and suggested it could be arthritis which I didn't think of....will be getting a x-ray & cat scan tomorrow
