After a recent urgent care visit where I was allotted nearly no time and brushed off fairly quickly this visit was a breath of fresh air. [...], NP was incredibly kind and thorough on her visit with my daughter yesterday. We didn't realize quite how serious the situation was until we were there. She gave us the medical advice along with paperwork that hastened the additional medical care she needed. I'm grateful for her honesty and care.

She even went above and beyond to find a cup for water for me, instead of just saying nope.
