I made an appointment for a Covid test. [...], the practitioner, was extremely competent, communicative, efficient and considerate. The test was positive, and [...] issued a prescription to our pharmacy, which we were able to fill quickly. I wasn't sure what to expect, but would certainly go back, particularly since they are open Saturday and Sunday when our regular clinic and many ER's are closed. VERY satisfied.

"The practitioner did tests without telling me what the tests he was doing were for. He didn’t tell me what he was looking for or what he suspected I was sick with. He didn’t advise that I take another Covid test, but when I did, it was positive. He should have told me to take another test when the strep and flu tests both came back negative. He asked me what I should do for a sore throat if it’s not the flu or strep, rather than suggesting things for me to do. Overall I was disappointed with his lack of communication skills. "
