Nurse Practitioner seemed to like her job, and she was very professional.
I was pretty sure I had an ear infection. I couldn't get an appointment with my regular doctor, who insisted it was probably just allergies. In seconds, I made an appointment at CVS. The NP was right on time, attentive, and diagnosed the infection. The prescription went to the pharmacy and I had my meds right away. The entire process took only 30 minutes and I was headed home.
The Provider was efficient and personable. And my recovery matches her cellulitis diagnosis

This is generally the same information that I left in the video response, but I did not have time to say how frustrating and confusing it is that you have two brands for the context of health professionals. Obviously, a person off the street or a person who has registered on CVS.com does not care that you have sub brands. You should probably fire the person who decided on sub brands and also the committee that made the terrible choice of Minite Clinic. However, that is not my complaint. The best course of action is to modify the physical space so there is a single waiting area for MinuteClinic and pharmacy (not two, separate spaces). I received upwards of 15 email and text notifications telling me when my appointment would be. I was not told that there is a separate space for these two same contexts. When I say "same", I was getting a second dose of the same vaccine at two separate spaces, one in pharmacy and one in MinuteClinic, and something that should have taken 10 total minutes took more than two hours total. Additionally, MinuteClinic could not see the records that had been generated by the pharmacy on the first dose. From an end-user standpoint, this is absolutely ridiculous and it is not reasonable and you ought to fix it.
