I get poison ivy bad and was having a reaction with swelling. I went to the Clinic close to closing time. I said I had been there before and needed a prescription for a bad case/reaction to poison ivy. I was not feeling well and broke out. She saw me and was very nice and helpful. My blood pressure was a little high (which it is) and she took it twice to be sure. She took time, listened to me and looked at my rash. I appreciated how nice she was and that she took the time to see me with it being close to closing time.
I experienced a very low wait time. The RN who vaccinated me was very professional and explained everything very well. She informed me that I would need an rx from my pcp to receive the RSV vaccine. It’s unfortunate that information was not on the CVS site when I scheduled the pneumonia vaccine and the RSV vaccine as I will now need to make another trip to CVS. If I had known this information prior to scheduling the vaccine appointments, I would’ve asked my pcp to send the rx to CVS. Regardless of this, the nurse who injected the pneumonia vaccine was thorough and was very good with the injection. My arm feels great and zero pain from the injection.
We appreciate the walk-in option. We were called in after a few minutes of checking in!

The doctor was well informed, listened to what I had to say, instead of telling me what I was saying. Very little time waiting and with the doctor being on top of things the visit did not take long at all. Very Pleased.
