I had wax removed from my ear. I had bee to an ear Dr then he was unable to remove the wax out of my left ear. I was putting baby oil in it and was to go back later, but not until 21 April and I didn’t want to wait that long so I called Costco, who I get my hearing aids from and ask them if they have a recommendation and they referred me to CVS and I was very very, very pleased. I will return in January to have my ears cleaned
The doctor was fantastic. After my insurance, I hope the cost will be reasonable. I picked up the meds at CVS within 10 minutes. Everything worked like clockwork very very, very very knowledgeable doctor/nurse practitioner.
It can be frustrating when you are in pain, have the second appointment but have to wait for an hour before being seen. Also being told that the doctor may not be able to help you when you double checked that the service you need is provided.
I thought the doctor was real informative and real helpful and gave me tips on preventive things that I could do before I get sick
My wait was short. The nurse practitioner was great and did a very good job. Everything went smoothly.
Everything went very well, I really appreciated the attention and conversation I was given😊
My visit was fine but I’m not liking the prescription side effects. I have been waiting to be called back for 5 hours.
On time, polite and clearly explained everything.
This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had and not only am I going to call your customer service, but I’m also going to leave a bad Google and yelp review. I scheduled an appointment for my throat because I was in pain and it was unbearable. The nurse practitioner had horrible bedside manner. In fact she stuck a swab down my throat without warning, despite knowing I was already in pain. I would thought it was probably draining it from allergies and sent home. However, if I am in pain and my throat is swelling up why not give me antibiotic? My appointment was on Sunday at 3 PM by Sunday 7 PM. My throat was even more swollen. I could not eat. I could not talk and could not turn my head.. The problem was getting worse. On Tuesday it was unbearable. I could not find my test results on the CVS app or website. I didn’t wanna spend additional money to go see another healthcare professional. I caught the one 800 line for my test results and to see what the nurse practitioner could recommend since I was still in pain, my neck was swollen and nothing have been done on my first visit Customer service was great and tried to get a hold of the nurse practitioner and showed empathy. They then informed me that the nurse practitioner was not answering the phone but assured me I would call me before the end of the day. Hours went past the day ended and still no call from the nurse practitioner no shocker there. I ended up having to go to an urgent care where I had better bedside manners and ultimately was prescribed antibiotics. After 12 hours of antibiotic, I have started to feel better. Why couldn’t the nurse practitioner do that in the first place? Why did she not call me back on Tuesday? I do not expect to pay a bill from CVS as there was no medical services provided and in the end I had to go see another medical provider at CVS practitioner failed to do their job
