I came in for a cough and sinus drainage. When the clinician heard I had a sore throat and sore lymph nodes that became her focus She totally ignored my concerns about the cough.

My sickness is worse than it was whenever I went ahhh. Cough medicine and steroid for bronchitis no infection medicine how am I supposed to get better?

The provider was very slow in entering information into the computer. Our appointment took 1 hour and 15 minutes. We also were not asked about sending strep test to the lab, which ended up costing me another doctors appointment to have done.

I was in and out in 10 minutes. I had a basic ear infection and sinus infection. She sent the prescription over to the pharmacy. It will filled in 15 minutes. I was home in less than an hour.

So much data entry by me before the appointment and the same info collected on site ( drivers license, insurance). If I take the time to do it then accept it! In the 30 Minutes I was in the room 7 min of actual exam time. The rest was computer data entry. Make it easier for your NP!

Didn’t have an appointment, was a walk in, wait time was only approximately 40 minutes, and the appointment was very quick.

You always say and advertise walk ins are welcome and make it to believe you’ll get right in. The sign in screen is way too complicated. There needs to be a person to talk to. I signed in and it had me scheduled for the next available time which was 9:50, I was there a little after 8:00. I wasn’t called in till after 10. The nurse I had was very good and polite. She did get me some medicine. The pharmacy at CVS was terrible! I don’t know how it can take so long for a prescription to take so long when the minute clinic and the pharmacy are 12 feet away from each other. The touch screens there were an absolute pain and didn’t work right. The staff had to stay right there to go step by step on what to hit in the screen. That should just stand there and help the person and do away with the stupid screens! The minute clinic is convenient and I’d go back when I really needed to but the pharmacy sucks!

The doctor was very knowledgeable, respectful, quick, thorough and informative. This is my second time going to minute clinic and they are amazing!! The process was quick, efficient and straight forward! They make booking or going in for an appointment on the weekends easy!!
