The staff member that was assisting the nurse practitioner seemed very irritated that I came in to be seen as a walk in. I showed up at 3:55 pm and the sign said the minute clinic was opened until 4:30. The computer to check in for walk-in and scheduled visits was not working. The staff member that seemed to be upset that she would have to check me in. It was not the nurse practitioner but whoever her assistant was. Very moody, grumpy, and very noticeably angered that I was going to be seen. She appeared ready to go home? The NP assured me that the minute clinic closed at 4:30 and not 4:00. The NP was very nice and professional.
Thorough and thoughtful provider.
The only reason I was unable to give a 10 is due to the interaction I had with the nurse prior to seeing the doctor. This is my first time having a nurse check me in, take my vitals etc and she was not pleasant, seemed uninterested and not engaged in what I had to say.
She seemed to really care about how awful I was feeling
Friendly nurse and PA. Listened to my concerns about a sinus infection and recommended which OTC products to use
I was able to be seen the same day I made the appointment. I came in early to check in and my provider was willing to see me very soon after, which was earlier than the scheduled time, she was very efficient and explained how things would go and when I left the pharmacy got me my medication quickly, I appreciate them very much.
Everything from booking the appointment to checking in, being seen and being treated was very easy. The nurse practitioner I saw was kind, helpful and made me feel very comfortable.
Prompt, efficient care.
There were some pretty sick patients in the waiting area that made me feel a little uncomfortable.

This was mostly a good experience. I was seen at my appointment time and both women I saw were nice and efficient. I did encounter a bathroom issue with getting a urine sample. The public restroom was occupied for quite a while and I finally was able to get an employee of CVS to unlock the employee restroom for me to use
