My condition was misdiagnosed, even though I clearly had blisters on my eyelids, they were dismissed. Instead of recognizing shingles, I was told that my eyelid was infected.
Very good.
Great doctor
My caregiver was excellent – professional, compassionate and thorough. She gave me helpful guidance for home treatments in coordination with my prescription. She was absolutely wonderful! I was seen in a timely fashion, and my prescription was ready within moments. It was a very good overall experience – especially since I was feeling so poorly at the time.
I had one I thought was an ear infection turned out to be. I tested positive for Providervid. I did test negative for the flu and strep thought it was a sinus infection. My provider was fantastic.
The doctor at the Fairlawn location I visited was very gentle and informative. She explained exactly what I had going on and I left feeling like I had a solid plan of action.

I was treated professionally by a completely competent practitioner, and I was seen before my scheduled appointment time.
Nurse Practioner was very kind, knowledgeable and patient. The only issue was trying to set appt online told me I had a 2 hour waiting g time having been put on a wait list. I went over, signed in and got an appointment. No big deal.
