The Provider is super amazing!!
MinuteClinic at CVS is always the most reliable health facility for our family.
I could book online and availability was good. I was also received on time. But the system froze at one time and I had to leave and start over.
The nurse was helpful and explained everything. She gave me a sheet with information about my vaccine and asked questions about my immunization history. It was thorough but fast.
This was one of the best health experiences I’ve had anywhere. The Provider was so patient and thorough, catching things that were missed at the first place I went to for injury treatment.

La persona que me atendió lo hizo muy bien, le agradezco, mi experiencia fue con una irrigación de oído, no salí muy bien, aparte que no salió toda la cerilla mi oído quedó muy maltratado, me ha sangrado y me duele, la garganta también está adolorida, no sé si es normal, pero no me he sentido muy bien, sigo con el sonido en mi oído, no tengo seguro y el costo me parece elevado.
I had a great experience. I did the walk-in and I had to wait a lot but when it was my turn the doctor was very patient very meticulous. She helped me to find a solution to my problem and suggested also to get vaccinated. I have already suggested her to other people.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, and made sure to take care of me and answer any questions I had. They were attentive to my situation and my body language and reassured me and made sure I was comfortable and informed about my visit and the different options I had for TB testing, which is what I went in for. They also worked really hard to find the insurance I had, which unfortunately was not found, but the effort they put in made me feel like they were truly advocating for my healthcare which I really appreciated.
