Professional, friendly, timely
The Provider, NP, was very professional, thorough, respectful and pleasant. She explained everything. I was very confident in her decisions as to the plan she suggested and the medicines she would order to help me recover from Bronchitis.
The Provider, the nurse practitioner was exceptional. She told me what she was seeing or heard as she examined me....explaining the causes or reasons for lung sounds, etc. She was also very thorough explaining the meds she was prescribing and why and their side effects. I felt that she was more thorough than some doctors I know. I hope she is there the next time I need to use the Minute Clinic.
It was easy to get an appointment and the wait was very short
My consultation with The Provider, NP for HIV PrEP was great! She was thoughtful, kind and compassionate in her approach and really put me at ease. She was able to take over managing my care and my prescription and was the right person for me to get help from.
Staff was wonderful and friendly. Check in process easy.
All went well. Head seen an hour AFTER my appointment but that was due to an earlier power outage.
The Provider is great! She actually listens and applies what I said in making her recommendations.
